DB – Divyesh Brothers offers cast and fabricated idler designs. The cast idler designs are hollow and single web. The fabricated idler designs are-straight  side plate and curved side plate, each using a rolled tread and flange section. Internal reinforcing plates provide added strength. Our fabricated idler roller rings represent a further step in our strategy.

Functions :
• Guide the track in and out of the track rollers.
• Intermittently support the machine’s weight.
• Provide a way to control slack and tension
Requirements
• Strength to resist failure before tread wear life is utilized.
• Tread wear life equal to or greater than link wear life to service limits.
• Treads and center flanges rebuild able.
Features:
•
Tread hardness similer to links, track rollers and carrier rollers for impact strength and balanced wear life.
• Rebuild able tread.
